Build a Custom Agent that identifies ideal customers for case studies. The agent should evaluate each customer based on criteria that include brand strength, depth of feature usage, account health, and presence of strong champions or advocates. It should also monitor our Slack channels for additional signals about compelling customer usage and advocacy potential. Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 9am, the agent should write a concise update with a prioritized list of recommended candidates, highlighting what's new or changed since the last run, and calling out promising accounts that need more validation.

Build a Custom Agent that triages security alerts by reading runbooks, searching across your security tools, and compiling investigation summaries. The agent should trigger when a new alert is added, follow your team's runbook step-by-step, and present evidence for and against concern. Use a memory page so the agent improves it’s investigation process over time.
